About the event

If you are a truama survivor, you may be experincing disturbing symptoms of dissociative states.   During the workshop we will:

  • Explore the ways in which everyone dissociates every day
  • Deepen understanding of types of dissociation
  • Deepen understanding of dissociative trauma disorders such as BPD, OS-DD and DID
  • Learn ways to recognize when you might be experiencing dissociation
  • Learn ways to feel more contained and grounded

Participants should be willing and able to arrive on time and attend the entire session with camera on and ready to participate.  There will be one 10minute break built into the structure of the workshop.  Please let Mary know of any ways she can make your group educational experience feel as safe as possible for you.
